Meet Amber
I’ve spent over 15 years working to help companies and organizations develop and craft brand stories as a journalist, communications strategist, and now as a creative director.
As I have grown in my role as an executive leader at my organization, my desire to expand my coaching and mentor skillset has grown. I have a deep interest in personal and professional development and I am particularly interested in how leaders have a crucial role in reimagining our work cultures.

Coaching can be a powerful tool that can lead you to transformation in your life and career.
The biggest difference between coaching and mentorship or consulting is that the client (you!) is regarded as being creative, resourceful, whole, and very capable of discovering answers within yourself.
As your coach, my goal is to create the space for you to explore key topics that are relevant to you.
Your topics might focus on a particular challenge, your desire for transformation in some capacity, or the start of your elevation journey.
At this stage, I am open to people at different career stages across any industry. In the future, I will be narrowing in on a focus, but right now, I have a deep desire to learn as much as I can!
All I ask is that you have an open mind and that you honor the time commitment that we make to each other.
